LLC Formation Consultation Call

Service Description

Our LLC Formation Consultation is a free 30-minute call designed to help you understand the steps needed to start your business. During the call, we’ll discuss what you need to have ready, the process for organizing & registering your LLC, obtaining an EIN from the IRS, and optionally setting up your New Mexico GRT account on TAP. We’ll also review the costs and timeline—once you decide to move forward, we’ll schedule an in-person meeting to complete the paperwork and officially start the process. The full LLC formation service costs $200 ($150 is our fee and the state charges a $50 fee) , and most clients have their LLC registered within about a week.
