Bookkeeping Subscription Terms

Our monthly subscription plans are intended for clients whose financial records are current and reconciled. If prior-period records require clean-up or catch-up work, an initial clean-up fee will be assessed separately before subscription services begin.

Each plan includes a defined number of bookkeeping service hours per month: Starter – up to 3 hours, Growth – up to 6 hours, Professional – up to 10 hours, and Premium – up to 15 hours. Services that exceed these allotments will be billed at the applicable hourly rate for your plan, or you may elect to upgrade to a higher service tier.

Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate source documents, account access, and financial information necessary to perform bookkeeping services. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance, and services will not be rendered if payment is delinquent. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time; however, fees for services already rendered are non-refundable.

Please note: A J Arabie Small Business Services is not a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm, and services are limited to bookkeeping and administrative support. Clients should consult their CPA, tax preparer, or attorney for guidance on accounting, tax, or legal matters.
